Do you journal?
I’m a firm believer in keeping a gratitude journal. I find when I complain about what I want or still don’t have, journaling what I’m thankful for keeps me grounded. We truly have so many things to be grateful for! I usually write down about 10 things I’m happy for, and then write 10 things I’m looking forward to. But you can make it even faster than that if you’re tight on time.
Reasons you should:
- It’s proven to improve your mental health
- It’s good to think of what you’re grateful for
- Will make you more satisfied with what you already have
- Journaling is a good way to de-stress
